Meet the Team

Annie Leonard
Artistic Director
Born and raised in Portland, Annie grew up in awe of the incredible theatres nourishing her community. Since graduating from NYU’s Tisch Annie has worked as a director, actress and singer, performing internationally and across the US.
She is so thrilled for the chance to offer all that is CTC to the beloved and creative hometown that has given her so much.
When not performing or working in real estate you can probably find Annie on a paddleboard, in a new restaurant or making memories with friends and family.

A graduate of The Actor’s Conservatory, Will has had the opportunity to learn from some of the best artists in Portland.

Ashley Pio has lived many places, but when she moved to Portland in 2012, she knew she’d found her home.

As a multidisciplinary artist, Ashley is inspired by uncertainty, and is passionate about creating theatre that examines the complexity of the human experience.
Outside the theatre, she enjoys tending to her numerous houseplants, singing karaoke, riding motorcycles with her partner, and cuddling with her cat.

Erin Jackson Caron
Originally from Georgia, Erin has been working in and around the Portland theatre community for 5 years.
A graduate of The Actors Conservatory, Erin has made brief forays as an actor while working primarily in theatre education administration and nonprofit management. Erin is currently the Academic Director at The Actors Conservatory.
She is so excited to join Annie and Will at CTC to lend a hand when needed and continue to learn from the many amazing artists in this community.

Marketing Operations Consultant
Robin Patterson
Originally from Sonoma County, California, Robin developed a love for theater at young age after seeing The Phantom of the Opera at the Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco.
Though not a performer herself, she has always been drawn to the arts and enjoys expressing her creativity through hands-on projects like silversmithing and crafting in her home studio.
Robin earned a degree in Marketing in 2017 and is thrilled to bring her professional expertise to Cornerstone Theater Company. She is excited to contribute to an organization that aligns with her passion for storytelling, creativity, and community.
